Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all full-price items, provided they are in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that bespoke or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your eyewear in its original LINDA FARROW case and box, ensuring all protective films and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected by our quality team, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
